1. What types of lighting does Illumora offer? We specialise in decorative lighting for indoor and outdoor use, including chandeliers, pendant lights, ceiling fixtures, wall sconces, table & floor lamps, string lights, pathway & solar lights, lanterns, patio fixtures, and more — perfect for Aussie homes, patios, gardens, decks, and backyards.
2. Where do you ship? We ship Australia-wide, including all states and territories (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT) and remote/regional areas. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are the shipping options and costs? We offer reliable shipping with these options (delivery times are business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays):
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Shipping / FREESHIPPING: 7–14 business days — $0 (most orders qualify for free shipping!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (select this for free delivery on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (for orders below any free shipping threshold, if applicable)
Free shipping eligibility will be clearly shown at checkout — the majority of orders qualify!
4. How long will shipping take?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Free / Standard: 7–14 business days Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to remote/regional areas may take a little longer. During peak periods (Christmas, summer sales), allow extra time.
5. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Most orders qualify for Free Shipping (7–14 business days). Any minimum order requirement (if applicable) will be displayed clearly in your cart at checkout.
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Contact support@illumora.com to start a return.
7. Are your outdoor lights weatherproof / suitable for Australian conditions? Yes — many outdoor fixtures are IP-rated for wet/damp locations and built to handle Aussie weather (UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant). Always check the product description or IP rating for your specific setup (e.g., covered patio vs. exposed garden).
